Update From Our Office

Current to April 1, 2021

We are pleased to Welcome You to Our NEW LOCATION:

177 Cross Avenue, Suite 2, Oakville, L6J 2W7

(directly across from the Oakville GO station parking lot)

It is IMPORTANT to NOTE that our Clinic, as an 'ESSENTIAL SERVICE', is OPEN and ready to assist in your health care with our qualified Chiropractic services ... however it is not 'business as usual'.

I realize that most are excited to learn that our Chiropractic clinic has returned to our regular service schedule BUT it does come with some regulations and restrictions in order to accommodate your visit safely. In other words, Ontario chiropractors are getting back to our work and our driving passion - providing the highest quality care for all our patients!
For those of you that have been away from or avoiding needed care during the Emergency lock-down, I would like to inform you of the changes you will see upon your return:
  • Active screening - will be conducted over the phone before your in-person visit. Note: "If you have flu-like symptoms such as fever, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat we will ask that you contact the appropriate medical facility. We would look forward to welcoming you back only once your symptoms resolve."
  • Passive screening - the instructions on our 'screening signage' should be read and followed for everyone's safety.
  • In-office Preparation: our office has been rearranged to allow for optimized flow and safety (visit time spacing and physical distancing). We have removed all soft materials (magazines, books and high touch objects), have access to hand sanitizer, regularly clean and disinfect office and treatment table and wash/sanitize hands between visits.
  • For your comfort and security, we follow the Ministry of Health and Public Health Ontario for use of PPE and where the appropriate circumstances deem it necessary.

  • Your In-office visit: please attempt to maintain physical distancing whenever possible, wash or sanitize upon entering the office, we encourage the use of contact-less payment and your payment receipt can be emailed to you after your treatment schedule has completed.

  • At our office, we honour and accommodate personal health exemptions (ie as stipulated on the Halton Region Bylaw/Mandate Website) that prevent the use of masks. Please inform our staff  about your concern via prior phone call or upon arrival to the clinic.
As you can realize, we remain compliant with the recommended regulations and protocol, in order to continue to provide you with the facility where you receive safe Chiropractic health care and its life-enhancing Chiropractic adjustments.
I am looking forward to welcoming you back for your needed care.
Yours in Health, Naturally,
Dr Richard Grolmus
